Here’s an exclusive look at the cover for my newest Kickstarter comic called… SINNER TAKES ALL (with Sunando C and Reed Hinckley-Barnes) by Sunando C and logo by Andriy Lukin.

It’s a supernatural thriller in the same vein as Ed Brubaker’s Kill or Be Killed, Criminal, and Fatale. I would describe it as Kill Or Be Killed meets Locke and Key!

Here’s what I can tell you about it: Two desperate people who were down on their luck sells their soul to the devil in exchange for their goals and dreams to be finally achieved. Obviously things go horribly wrong. They’re offered a chance to WIN their soul back but at a terrible cost… they must commit horrible sins. Only one can win but, of course… SINNER TAKES ALL.

I’m extremely excited to work with Sunando C who has been published by Dark Horse (Stranger Things) and Vault Comics (End After End). He even did a variant cover for Worlds Away #2!

We’re launching in January and our goal is to have 200 pre-launch followers (more than I’ve ever had). With your help, I know we can make this happen. I’m excited to see your response to the project especially since I’m collaborating with Sunando C who has worked on STRANGER THINGS (Dark Horse) and END AFTER END (Vault).

Historically, crime/noir type comics don’t do too well on Kickstarter. This is why I’m taking my time with pre-launch and making sure we have the best launch possible. This means having as many followers as possible — YOU!

BLACKBOX COMICS SERIES ANNOUNCEMENT

I’m extremely excited to FINALLY announce that I have written a 5-issue fantasy/action comic for BLACKBOX COMICS. If you haven’t heard of them, just know they put out extremely dope comics and have had talented writers like Brian Hawkins, Eric Pallicki, and and Johnathan Hedrick write for them. And with talent like that I was honored to be offered the opportunity to tell a story for them.

Some series I’d recommend are Ninja Kaidan, Devil’s Dominion, Dream Master, and one I’m excited for that’s coming out this month, Dead Detective. My book will hopefully drop in 2024! Hope to see you all there!
